Tapas is one of life’s gastronomic pleasures – heaven on a small plate!

I absolutely love tapas; what is there not to like?! Coming from Barcelona, I have been cooking and eating tapas for as long as I can remember. Tapas offers a simple but impressive way to cook for your friends, and a relaxing way to share and eat delicious food.

I run regular Tapas classes that you can join. I also teach groups, so do get in touch and tell me what your needs are. We usually cook four dishes and a dessert in the 3.5 hours workshops and then eat it together.

Our Tapas School gives small groups the chance to learn how to make a wide range of dishes, including tasty croquettes, Spanish omelette, fantastic seafood and traditional Spanish desserts.
